“Once, after receiving Holy Communion, I heard these words: ‘You are Our dwelling place’. At that moment, I felt in my soul the presence of the Holy Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I felt that I was the temple of God.”

(Diary, para.451)

The Mystery of the Holy Trinity is at the very heart of our Faith; it is the Mystery of Who God is in Himself – one God in three Divine Persons. This is a Mystery we will never comprehend for it is beyond the ability of man to do so.

But what we know is that although we are nothing before the infinite majesty of the transcendent God, we are infinitely loved by that same God, Who is also infinitely imminent – for every one of us is His dwelling place.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end, amen.
