diary_square“My daughter, I want to repose in your heart, because many souls have thrown Me out of their hearts today. I have experienced sorrow unto death.”

(Diary, para.866)

Most Merciful Jesus, You desire to repose in the hearts of mankind and yet in our human frailty, in our wilfulness and in our pride, we leave no room for You and, sometimes, we deliberately cast You out. In doing so, we grieve Your most compassionate Heart enormously, so that You become sorrowful unto death.

Help us, Merciful Lord, to leave space in our hearts for You, that in giving them to You, they become as the Manger in Bethlehem – a place of repose for you. And in doing this, may our little hearts be a source of joy to You.

Jesus, we TRUST in You.

Our Lady, Mother of Mercy, pray for us.
